About Me

My photo
Sheila
Welcome! What can I say about myself. I am a homeschooling mom of three teenagers. Wow! That's hard to believe...teenagers! I have been married to my wonderful husband for almost 20 years. I love to read! I love to take pictures! I absolutely love to cook. I love the big outdoors and enjoy fishing and hiking, but I am absolutely terrible at gardening. I have attempted to grow beautiful food for my table, only to watch it wither and die, freeze to death, or be eaten by the local wildlife before I can get to it. Needless to say, although inexpensive, my blog will not include produce from the garden unless a miracle occurs. What my blog will include is delicious gluten-free recipes, my unscientific findings, budget tips, and the successes and failures of my adventure: to take my out of control gluten free budget and cut it in half over the next year. So, I hope you will stay a while. Enjoy!
